Our cancellation policy for private charters requires 14 days advance notice to cancel your charter without penalty. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to departure are subject to forfeiture of total payment.

Cruises depart rain or shine. Should the captain, at his sole discretion, choose to cancel the cruise due to adverse weather (such as high winds, lightning) you will be issued a full refund for the cruise, less any expenses occurred.
