Blue Cheese Wedge Salad:
Crisp iceberg wedge with blue cheese dressing, bacon, and tomatoes.
Substitute a Caesar Wedge Salad upon request. Please choose one of the following Entrée Selections: 14 oz Wagyu New York Strip (served Medium)
paired with fresh grilled shrimp. Lemon Butter Garlic Chicken Breast,
tender, marinated chicken topped with a lemon-garlic butter sauce, served with fresh grilled shrimp. Vegetarian Option — A large baked potato topped with sautéed mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers.
Hearty, flavorful, and fully vegetarian. All entrées include:
Wild rice & steamed broccoli. Finish the night with dessert, a shareable Chocolate Cake Slice.
Rich chocolate cake served with fresh strawberries.

Our cancellation policy for ticketed cruises requires 72 hour advance notice to avoid being charged the full amount. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to departure are subject to forfeiture of total payment.
Cruises depart rain or shine. Please note, all cruises do require a minimum number of passengers. Should we cancel the cruise due to adverse weather (such as high winds, lightning) or lack of attendance, you will be issued a full refund.
