Policies

This is only a request to book. For Water Taxi, a Captain will call or text you to confirm your information. For Tours/Experiences/Charters, a Charter Coordinator will call you to discuss options and payment prior to your trip. We do our best to honor the requested times and vessel but due to scheduling, weather, traffic, and other reasons out of our control we may modify departure/pickup times or use a different vessel.
3 Day Cancellation Policy (unless due to weather) - If you need to cancel, let us know asap so we can rebook.
